1. Acceptance of Terms

By using letsocial.me or purchasing any NFC card, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age.

3. Products

• Standard NFC Card: Company-branded, no customization
• Professional & Elite: Custom card design and profile features

4. Orders & Payments

Payments are processed via PayU. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are allowed within 7 days of purchase as per Indian Consumer Law. Refunds are not applicable once the card is printed, dispatched, or activated.

6. User Content

Users are responsible for the content uploaded to their profiles.

7. Data Sharing Consent

By activating your NFC card, you consent that your profile information will be shared with tapped devices and may be publicly accessible.

8. Prohibited Use

• Illegal or harmful content
• Unauthorized access or misuse
• Impersonation

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content and branding belong to HashCodeLab / LetSocial.

10. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is". LetSocial is not liable for third-party misuse of data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jalandhar, Punjab have jurisdiction.
